If you’re not a member, you’re still welcome to book an appointment, but a non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your time. Cancellation Policy

• Non-Members: Cancel within 1 hour of booking to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after 1 hour.
• Members: Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible so we can accommodate other members.
• No-shows may result in the loss of your booking fee or appointment.
